We’ve been looking at how to solve this problem with something that organisations large or small can apply, and we’ve come up with a rating tool which is completely unique, unlike any other measure because it’s not only based on employees and their feedback, it’s also based on what stakeholders think as well as other business metrics.
Thrive Stars offers a unique five lead indicator rating tool to future-proof organisations in line with what society, employees, and stakeholders want. Its uniqueness lies in the combination of these three inputs where traditionally only one at a time has been focused on in most organisations.
Thrive Stars is unique because unlike other measures based on employee attraction and retention, our model works on combining the employees, the consumer and contributing to society.
Our uniqueness is also due to our technology platform that will measure a business using feedback in real-time from all stakeholders and ultimately adds value beyond the organisation’s walls. It also allows organisations to have all their measures and data integrated in one place in real-time.
We developed Thrive Stars to be a rating system for companies much like you would have an energy rating on products or a food quality rating system. This is not a regulated system – it will be something that organisations will want to opt into because they truly want to make a difference.
By holding organisations in Australia to a higher standard through measuring 5 performance metrics (Culture, Inclusion, Wellbeing, Productivity, Sustainability) we can have more effective organisations, create more jobs and allow people to purchase products and services in a way that aligns with their values.
Business metrics that shift as a result include Staff Turnover, Employee Engagement, Culture, Team Effectiveness and Profit.
The money we are raising in our crowdfunding campaign will complete the build of our tech platform and allow organisations to have real-time access to data, what’s actually currently going on in their business today, instead of waiting for a two-year-old culture report or a one-year-old employee engagement report.
We’re looking for people who are willing to support funding the completion of the tech, but also people who are interested in being involved in the process.
This is going to be transformational for our whole nation and for business as it stands, so we’re looking for people who want to be part of coaching programs, workshops and also industry groups where we will be seeking input from people to make sure what we build is really rigorous and will work across different Industries.
